WHO WE ARE
We are a niche Honduran-based company dedicated to grow and export specialty coffee, both green and roasted. We started operations in 2010 with a dream in mind: to help farmers export their coffee all over the world and obtain a fair price for their effort. Our philosophy is direct trade from the roaster to the farmer. Great coffee, partnerships and traceability.
WHERE WE ARE
Honduras is the 5th largest coffee exporter in the world and has 5 coffee regions in its territory. Each region has its unique climate and soil characteristics that give the coffee a particular flavor profile, and within those regions the most famous is Marcala. The coffee grown in this area is so rich and flavorful that in 2005 was protected with a Denomination of Origin certificate. It was the 4th place in the world to obtain such certification. Our offices are in the town of San Jose, in the Department of La Paz, right inside our coffee plantation and next to our processing plant.
WHAT WE DO
We own a small 21 acre farm and work with other coffee growers in the local area. We leverage our coffee exporting license and grow, harvest and process quality coffee to provide our customers with detailed traceability reports while ensuring our small growers reap the maximum benefits from the year’s work in their farms.
WHY WORK WITH US
We develop long term thrusting relationships with our customers through persistent communication and transparency processes. our farms are free from dangerous chemicals such as glyphosate, herbicides and pesticides. Each farm that forms a part of our group is family owned. The benefit impacts the farmer and its community directly.
WHAT WE OFFER
Although we can source coffee from other farmers in Honduras, we specialize in green bean coffee from the Marcala Region, within the Montecillos Mountain Range, from a single bag to a full container. We also roast and ship coffee to our customers all over the world. Our roster provides the flexibility to roast and grind, if so desired, to your specifications. Natural or washed processes, american or european preparation, single bean or blends, cup ratings above 80+ points, mountain grown, we have a wide variety of options depending of your preferences.
